The company and its proprietary universal corporate banking platform were ultimately acquired by Oracle, and this system still underpins the software leader’s banking and insurance product lines.
Mr. Daga’s past responsibilities with his current firm include software development manager, workflow automation, and equity capital markets (ECM). Overseeing vendor negotiations and initial platform build-out, he helped create an Enterprise Center of Excellence that delivered a comprehensive support model.
